I bought the Wave SoundTouch IV a week ago replacing a Wave I I've had for some time. I also have a Wave III with a 4 CD player. I wanted the SoundTouch to be able to access internet radio and music apps such as Pandora via Wi-fi. I set it up and had it working in less than an hour. I am totally satisfied with the product as I can now pull my music collection from my PC, listen to virtually any radio station and use my Pandora subscription. My wife got the Wave III for her sewing room so everyone's happy. I'm now looking at the SoundTouch 10 for a different room. If looking for a quality wi-fi music system, buy this product, you won't be disappointed.

Hi Crap89, Thank you for taking the time to review our Wave SoundTouch Music System. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to be experiencing issues with your system. I would recommend resetting the system by unplugging it and waiting for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. This should assist you with the CD ejection. In regards to Bluetooth, I would recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 secs. You will then need to delete the pairing on your source device. Then connect as a brand new connection. If this is not successful for you, I would recommend reaching our to your local Technical Support Team for assistance. One of our agents will be more than happy to assist you! Kindest, Kerri Technical Support specialist

I bought the Wave SoundTouch back in July of this year. I already have a SoundTouch 20 the I bought in July of 2016. I was looking forward having the ability to play music though my house and I was able to up until a month ago. Now the Wave and the 20 will not sync. I followed all the direction I was give in a email for support. And they still will not sync. So i called SoundTouch support and after I explained what my problem was, I was asked if I could be put on hold and a few minutes later I was told the engineering was aware of this problem and is working for a fix. When I asked how long before this is fix, I was told to keep an eye on the Bose App for a update. I enjoy my Bose products and this is the first time I have had a problem that I could not get fixed. So I'm disappointed that I have a SoundTouch system that only half works. I also followed up with two more emails and I have not received any responses, on your sit you state you will get back in 48 hours. I just want my system to work right.

Great little system for a home office

I purchased this unit because I'm still a frequent user of a Bose home theatre system bought 15 years ago. The 1st Wave unit ordered had a defective display but Bose was very nice about doing an even exchange. The 2nd unit worked perfectly. I like one great feature about this system: When you pause the system while playing a CD, it will eventually turn off the system with the CD still inside -- but when you turn the system back on it will pick up playing the CD at the exact moment where it left off. One drawback of the system is if you are finished playing a CD and eject it using the remote control, the system will tend to un-eject it and start playing the CD again before you have a chance to manually remove the CD. Still, overall it is a nice little system with full sound for a home office setup. And the FM antenna that I was not using on my home theatre system fits and works perfectly into the Wave unit.
