Blue tooth/wi fi pairing

We are unable to wirelessly pair Bluetooth with either iPhone or Android, not even after very lengthy phone call to store where purchased. Manual pairing also not working. We're about ready to return the whole system.

Great Investment, Great Sound!!!!

The sound that comes from this system is WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! you can hear every music instrument in every song! LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! Buy it, you won't regret it!

Wonderful sound and easy set-up!

Just bought the SoundTouch music system last night and did the set-up this morning. I am not particularly techy but the set-up worked like a charm! Takes a bit of time to load the SoundTouch app on the various devices (iPhone 5, iPad, home computer, laptop, etc.) that you will use to control the device, but nothing difficult about it. Lots of prompts and information that guided me through the process.I have the system linked to my iTunes music, SiriusXM, Pandora and IHeart radio, to name a few. The system is playing right now and the sound is great. Would highly recommend!
I've wanted a Bose system for over a decade and finally received one for my 40th birthday. It's just as awesome as I remember when I first heard music flowing from its speakers at the home of my best friend's parents. The sound is crystal clear!

Great but the APP needs *major* improvement...

This is a fantastic little unit -- amazing sound. I have a BOSE system in my home and this unit sits in my room. I highly recommend it and guarantee you won't be disappointed in the sound quality. A few issues however, that may make it worthwhile investigating other similar systems: The Bose Soundtouch APP is a major disappointment. Too basic. You can control only music (net, Pandora, bluetooth/phone play, home library, etc) from it versus being able to do everything else that you need the remote for, such as being able to set alarms, or the sleep timer, etc. All that should be accessible via your phone-app (and a wifi connection of course). Secondly, 6 station pre-sets are not enough. Other systems I saw had as many as 100 preset options. Not sure why they limited it to just 6. Otherwise, this unit really is great. Definitely no regrets. With a few improvements/advancements with the app, this would be the usual Bose perfection.

My Bose radio/CD player is attractive, is a nice size and has a great sound. I wish it had an automatic replay option though.
