great system for room

I just receive this yesterday and this is good for a room, I know I can't compare this to a surround sound because this is not a surround sound but if you can make it more stereo sound this will be great. I want to make a suggestion, In the future wave system if you can include the bass and treble because every room has a different size and shape even the cd's that you buy they are not all the same you might need this to make an adjustment, The reason why I gave this a 5 star is the sound no matter were I put the volume its clear and very clean.

More time fighting than listening.

I received this unit as a gift in January 2019. Since that time I have listened to something using this maybe 3 times. I have fought with the system at least double that number of times trying to get it connected, trying to turn off an alarm you did not mean to set up, trying to get it to update, ect. When you spend more time trying to fight with a system than using it, I would say that makes it a bad product. I miss the days of simple easy to use speakers and I'm a young person. Avoid this product. The set up and user experience is not at all intuitive. You will need an instruction guide for every little thing and an hour over multiple tries to do anything with this speaker.

Disappointed with loudness.

I bought the unit as a present for myself as i always wanted to own one. I own 2 Soundtouch 20 units, 3 QC25, Lifestyle v25,Soundlink mini and all have exceeded my expectations but the Wave Radio just didn't cut it. Side by side the Soundtouch 20 was way more louder than the Wave and that was disappointing. Had to return it and wait to see if a newer model will improve on sound and loudness.

I love this music system!
We moved and my husband got rid of all my music systems!!
I had nothing to play my cd’s on.
This takes up so little room but sounds so big!
Best investment…. Love it!

Wave radio with CD

No controls on top. Prisoner of the remote. Hate it. Previous model far easier to use (remote plus hands on controls on top of unit). Need to buy additional remotes. Can't even find them on the website.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback. By putting all functions for the system are on the remote control you can completely control the system from afar. The system also has a touch-sensitive control pad on the top panel. Momentarily placing your hand on the touch pad can power on or off the system, snooze a sounding alarm, and reset it for the next day.

Additional remotes are available from our parts department either on chat or by phone at 800-380-4831. We are here to help Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the system.
