The BEST!

I still have the original WAVE radio and a WAVE SOUNDTOUCH. The WAVE SOUNDTOUCH is simply the best wifi sound system outside of Symphony Hall or a recording studio. I have tried other systems; BOSE is it, hands down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very, very disappointed!This was a Christmas gift and I just put it together..piece of cake ; than I put in the enclosed demo CD that shows off the beautiful sounds and indeed, the acoustics were out of this world. Here comes the problem...couldn't eject the CD. I tried a sytem reset but no luck.. I worked w/customer support and after about an hour, it was determined that it would need to be sent back for repair .I payed over $500 for this! Where's the quality control inspection? This should NOT have happened!

Bought two radios. The internet connection has failed on each unit. Won’t buy any Bose product again. Fool me once...

Excellent product, however charging extra for an antenna, and including only 1 remote is a bit silly, given how much the Wave radio costs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is fantastic, as expected. Integration with other Bose Soundtouch systems is flawless - I have a Soundtouch system in my family room, and the Remote device to control my outdoor speakers, and the ability to do mix-and-match multi-room is fantastic. Having Soundtouch features to go along with the ability to play my CDs seemed like a perfect solution. But...I use this device as my kitchen music system. As such, I've gotten spoiled by being able to ask Alexa to play my Spotify music while cooking. And while the Bose Skill allows me to play Spotify presets and control volume and whatnot on the device, I cannot yet ask it do the task of "Alexa, play 'Three of a Perfect Pair' by King Crimson from Spotify in the kitchen." Which is like 90% of my voice recognition use case for this system. So disappointing, and no feedback of value from Bose when that integration will be available. For such an expensive device, I would have expected a much higher level of polish on this front.

I completely understand how useful the Spotify control feature would be for you. We can certainly add a feature request to our development team, but there is no guarantee that this can be implemented as this will also involve Spotify.
