I bought a wave radio 17 years ago and gave it to my son (still worked great). We currently have three Bose wave products which includes the new wave sound touch iv system. I am very happy with the new system. The option for Wi-Fi and internet streaming radio is definitely a plus over the previous systems we have. I wish we could upgrade the wave touch iii systems with the sound touch base that we had so they were all linked. I also think the newer radio has a slight improvent in sound quality over the wave iii system.... Larger speaker opening the reason?

Great sound

Purchase two weeks ago and we are enjoying it. Have not figured out how to set up mp3 music files on CDR/CDRW so it will play songs/files. ( continuously loading but no play )

Lousy CD player

I bought because of the Bose name. It does not play our CDs when I very less expensive Sony does. Would not buy another product from Bose. Very, very disappointed. I had a friend who bought one for his wife for Christmas and had the same problems.
