I ordered this for my parents for Christmas and the speaker did not work, brand new, out of the box. It was just static. Very frustrating on Christmas day :(

Blank screen

I purchased this in 2018 when just moving into our new home. I placed it aside and came back to it after things settled. The screen is blank. I cannot do setup because the screen is blank! Cannot see anything. The Bose website was NO help whatever. I hate my Bose! I would not recommend. Website is awful!

Bose replaced its best station

I bought this system to access London's renowned Classic FM. Recently, Bose dropped that station and won't say why. All or most other stations available on this system are free on the Internet, meaning there now isn't any reason to buy the Bose system. +.

Great system!

I had an old CD/stereo player that only sounded good with a lot of speakers. Thanks to Bose I do not have speakers or wires around or behind my entertainment center. Love playing CD's on the Bose.
