Not worth the price

I bought this for Christmas 2018. After anticipating hearing the sound of this $500+ clock radio fill our bedroom with full amazing sound, I was extremely let down. This radio cost more than the ACOUSTIMASS 6 I bought in 2017. I would have been better off buying another Acoustimass. Does the SoundTouch sound better than a $10 clock radio, yes. Does it sound like a $500+ clock radio - far from it in my opinion.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the audio quality of our system.
If the system is playing at a low quality volume, we would recommend the following:
1) Check the bass of the system. This can be done by pressing and holding "Alarm Setup" (Menu) until "-SETUP MENU-" appears on the system display. Then, press "Tune/MP3 >" 3 times until "BASS-" displays on the screen. Now, press "Time–" or "Time+" to select "NORMAL" or "REDUCED". Press "Alarm Setup" (Menu) to exit the menu or wait 10 seconds for the setup menu to automatically exit.
2) Try a different source. This system can play Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Radio and CD sources, so please try a different source to ensure that this isn't just low quality from one source!
3) Try another power outlet, as the outlet may be providing inconsistent voltage or interference.
If you have tried these and still feel like this is not performing at a quality you're happy with, please reach out to Bose support in your country/region so we can continue to look into this for you.

Go back to the old model!

I bought my first Bose in 1999 and my second in 2008. The older one just died and I won’t be replacing it with a Bose until they go back to the old feature of having the controls on top. I want to be able to use it in the dark without fumbling for the remote. Bose, what you consider an improvement, isn’t.

NOTHING QUITE LIKE BOSE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won a Wave at a trade show in 1998. I got rid of my old big and clunky -room hog of a stereo with not the best sounding speakers...and was instantly transformed to a new world of sound. Many years and moves later, it took a beating and I decided to see if they still made them. To my delight, they do, and I am once again in heaven. Love the color option: Platinum Silver!

Easy to set up and use

This is the second wave I have purchased. Last one started skipping when I put the cd in. It was pretty old so I replaced it. Hope this one works better.
