All the bells and whistles

Too many deleted features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first was the model 1. It had two alarms, one that would delete itself after going off, the other repeated. You could also have it make an annoying "honking" sound in case you were a sound sleeper. It had separate AM and FM antennas that plugged in and could be moved as necessary for best signal. It also had buttons on top for local control. When that unit died after a few years I got a replacement. It had none of the above mentioned features. The instructions said to rotate the radio for best reception. That meant for a couple of stations I had to have the face of the unit face the wall. Not too practical. In a large rooms if I'm near the radio I can't change stations of volume - I have to go across the room and find the remote to do anything. I miss the noisy alarm honk in some situations. Usually the radio coming on will wake me but sometimes I need the extra noise. No complaint about the quality of the sound, but the convenience level is way down. For the price I would expect more features, not less.

Really exceptional sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Wave Sound System. For the price, you just can't beat it. I think the sound quality and ease of use are exceptional. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, set the clock, popped in a CD. Done. I also love the look of the Espresso Black. Very chic!

Wife says it has great sound, One thing it didn't come with the wi-fi attachment. If you want to send me the bottom part I would be ecstatic.
