Expected more

This was a Christmas gift for my Mom. We have rhapsody, now Napster accounts. We wanted my mom to enjoy her favorite songs, on a Bose, without YouTube'ing songs. Really wish it was just the regular Bluetooth that just simply connected to your phone, versus an app with only the few music apps chosen by Bose (not to include Napster). We also enjoy listening to the radio and thought it would be clear with the digital transceiver; same reception as our last radio. Not the worst, not the Bose I was expecting.

A Complete Bust

Not only have I never been so disappointed with a Bose product, I have never even imagined being this disappointed with a Bose product. I am a network consultant and I am constantly fighting with this thing to stay connected. I am so sick of it dropping off the network that I do not even turn it on anymore. A complete waste of money. Never again.

Love this to play my CD’s

Almost perfect

I bought this because of the Bose name. I have other Bose products that I'm very happy with. I needed a new alarm clock so I figured why not a Bose. So far, my only issue with this system is that it doesn't allow you to set your alarm clock to a volume lower than 10. I wake up at 4:15 in the morning, and volume 10 is too loud! I don't know why they would limit your preferred volume to wake up to. Other than that, I love it so far. I'm hoping they will have an update that will fix this issue soon.

CD stuck inside

I bought it 2 days ago, my CD stuck inside. I have to return it. So upset. I cannot connect to my Spotify account unless it is premium.

Hello Bao,

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review of the SoundTouch Wave Music system. We are sorry for the trouble you're having. In some cases, the shock absorbing grommets used beneath the CD mechanism may come loose. The disc may not eject in this situation because it is obstructed by the faceplate. Turning it upside down may align the two components and allow the disc to come free.

Just to clarify, only premium Spotify accounts and Spotify family accounts can be added as a SoundTouch music source. Free Spotify accounts cannot be added.
