Just shy of perfect.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 star - happy with this product and its sound. I wish though, that there were more than 6 presets, especially on the streaming side of things. AM / FM limted to 6 each, whatever. But on the streaming platform, this is too few. I would suggest at least 10, maybe an even dozen!!

Not worth the price

I bought this for Christmas 2018. After anticipating hearing the sound of this $500+ clock radio fill our bedroom with full amazing sound, I was extremely let down. This radio cost more than the ACOUSTIMASS 6 I bought in 2017. I would have been better off buying another Acoustimass. Does the SoundTouch sound better than a $10 clock radio, yes. Does it sound like a $500+ clock radio - far from it in my opinion.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the audio quality of our system.
If the system is playing at a low quality volume, we would recommend the following:
1) Check the bass of the system. This can be done by pressing and holding "Alarm Setup" (Menu) until "-SETUP MENU-" appears on the system display. Then, press "Tune/MP3 >" 3 times until "BASS-" displays on the screen. Now, press "Time–" or "Time+" to select "NORMAL" or "REDUCED". Press "Alarm Setup" (Menu) to exit the menu or wait 10 seconds for the setup menu to automatically exit.
2) Try a different source. This system can play Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Radio and CD sources, so please try a different source to ensure that this isn't just low quality from one source!
3) Try another power outlet, as the outlet may be providing inconsistent voltage or interference.
If you have tried these and still feel like this is not performing at a quality you're happy with, please reach out to Bose support in your country/region so we can continue to look into this for you.
