who needs a CD drawer

Just a ok product, Sound is just ok, but for the price not worth it! To me it's just a over priced clock radio with a CD player that I never use. Make this radio without a cd player and keep the ability to get internet radio and music services and knock off $300 and you might have a winner!

I bought this 8 month ago. Only problem volume my bose radio in my Nissan Altima is at least 3 times as loud !!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Wave Radio, But missed place the Remote Control and haven't ben able to find the app. to order another control for my radio. Many sites to buy many systems but nothing to replace items that have been misplaced. It took me a while to fine the Wave site.

Terrible app

I have had this product for a few years. The sound quality is remarkable for its size but the app is persistently problematic. The app has great difficulty finding the speaker even when in the immediate vicinity of the modem. Problems are experienced with both Android phone and tablet, and different modems. I frequently have to resort to the remote to operate the speaker, where I can't see presets or access favorites. Force stopping the app sometimes corrects the problem.

Hello James,

Thanks for taking the time to review your Wave SoundTouch IV system. It's so great to hear that you love your system and its sound quality.

I am sorry that you are having issues with your system connecting to the app. I would highly suggest performing a reset on the system to fix any connection issues.

On the Wave system, to reset your product:
Disconnect the power cord for 30 seconds. If there is a disc in the system, it will automatically eject, then re-insert if not removed within 10 seconds.

On the SoundTouch pedestal, to reset the SoundTouch pedestal:
- On the back of the SoundTouch pedestal, press and hold the Control button for about 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi light turns off
- Wait while the pedestal reboots and reconnects to your network. Once reconnected, the light is solid white.

If you still have issues after completing these steps, I would urge you to reach out to your local support team as they would love to help you.

wifi connection not working

When I was able to connect to WiFi loved it but now I can't connect unless it's connected with a ethernet and that sometimes doesn't work so basically I can't use it. So disappointed I've had to buy a different speaker system much less expensive and it works wonderfully.

Hi there! That shouldn't have happened — how far from the router did you have your speaker? I would recommend resetting the speaker and rebooting your router to re-establish a connection. Great sound - but disappointed no IPOD support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its great that it supports Pandora and modern means of streaming music, however, lackluster in that it only support 1 CD and no way to connect my IPOD which has hundreds of music copied from all my CDs. Has anyone found a way to plug in or play their IPOD on the spreaker?
