Preheating is TOO SLOW

I love the concept of a double oven - when we have people over or have school bake sales, etc the convenience factor is huge. One of the biggest problems I've seen with this oven is that the time to preheat can be 15 - 20 minutes! Adding that to a long cook time for some dishes means I can't prepare my favorite meals just any night due to time constraints. However, the oven does cook evenly and matches the estimated cook times for most products. Another issue I've had is that the oven light can only be turned on for BOTH ovens at once - not one at a time. It feels like a waste of electricity in an energy star product. The timer is also a bit confusing. The setup looks like a microwave, but I have to keep reminding myself that the timer is set up in HOURS:MINUTES instead of MINUTES:SECONDS. It's just a display feature that was hard to get used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this several months ago and so happy I did. The best oven I have ever owned. Big enough to cook a 25 lb. turkey in top or bottom and cook the dressing in the other oven and all come out ready at the same time. Pies, cooking, anything cooked in these ovens are wonderful. So happy I bought these too ovens. If you like to do a lot of cooking you can't go wrong with ordering these too ovens.

This came with our appliance package for our new home. I like the double ovens, but within 6 months, have had a couple of issues. When it was first installed, the number pad was bubbled up and we had to have someone come fix that, and within 2 months of that service call, the time stopped working. The ovens take longer than usual to heat up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
