The oven worked great for 19 months then we got the f96 error code. I hope it's a easy fix.

Very Nive Double-Oven

My wife and I purchased a new home last March and the builder chose to add GE products. This will be the 2nd set of new GE products we have purchased in the last 7 years.

Just over a year old and error f97 is coming up!!!! This is ridiculous!! I cannot afford to buy another appliance! Especially only after just over a year old. How much more can I take?

Self-Cleaning Feature

This is not a recommendation but a concern about the construction of the interior of the oven because this is my third one in less than 2 years. The ceramic coating popped off in spots in the previous two when I used the self-cleaning feature. I'm hoping that when the time comes to use the self-cleaning feature on this new one that the same thing doesn't happen again.

Poor quality and performance

The wall ovens came with our new home-- first time I used both ovens at once, we had an electrical fire-- sometimes the oven lights work and sometimes they don't. They take forever to preheat, there are no fans so when there are spills, the smoke is trapped in the oven and fills the house after the door is opened. Doors don't close properly and the self clean feature doesn't work well-- uneven cleaning.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our last GE oven so when we needed to replace it, we went for the updated version. I'm not sure why they moved the buttons and dials around. I liked them where they were. There is no bottom element, so it is easier to clean, but it seems that it takes longer to heat up than our last GE oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
