Thousands of junk units hitting scrap metal yards every month. Used maybe a dozen times and F97 code came up. Third time replacing upper and lower fans. Works for 4 or 5 meals and fails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not purchase. The control boards burn out.

We have had 3 control boards malfunction on our double ovens. I am so very frustrated and disappointed. We paid quite a bit of money on the control board replacements. My sister also has gotten rid of her same model for this reason.

Does not heat uniformily we do not know how to cook with this. Have at our own expense had repair men try to correct the problem

We want to help out with the uneven heating that you are noticing. We recommend adjusting the oven thermostat. This can really help out when you notice uneven heating or notice that the temperature is not matching what is set. Didn't Hold Up.

Home built in 2017 and I purchased home in 2020. The porcelain with in the oven is chipping. Bodewell Tech checked oven preheat at 350 degrees. Actual temperature was 415 degrees. I am planning to replace the oven. At this time I have not chosen a new double oven unit. Not sure if I will purchase GE again. Also had a GE dishwasher and the product was replaced 2021.
