Not happy with this range

Issues all around with the first one, replaced the second is starting to have similar issues. Impossible to keep the top looking clean- i used to love ge but not impressed by the lack of quality that is being put out now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this range based on Consumer Reports’ rating. I always refer to CR before I buy and this range was their top buy in smooth top electric ranges.

Nice quality stove had a similar model, just wanted to upgrade to a newer one with an additional burner, durable and long lasting.

Easy to clean, flat top

Like the title says compared to any other type of electric range this cooktop makes clean up easy.
Also nice with the smooth top as you can slide the cookware off the cooking surface as needed.
Touch controls are also great for cleanup, no knobs or buttons to wipe around.
Purchased for MIL quarters so no idea how the stove works.
So far it's working great, we will see in the long term.

Great new range

Range works perfectly! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: bottom drawer does not fit properly. On side 1/4” lower than the other. Service man came, replaced the bottom drawer with a new one and admitted that the new one doesn’t fit right either. Since there is no way to adjust we gave up.

Very Impressive

I purchased this for the wife our old GE was starting to take longer to preheat and had to bake longer then required. She loves it completely flat stove top and no knobs to deal with. I've used the convection oven to do our pizza's on stoneware and they are cooked much better and taste better. We love the GE Profile stove.

I am happy with this stove so far. I have had it for about a month. The convection bake feature works very well. The stove top burners seem to work well too. The surface is a bit hard to keep clean but I was used to this with my last stove. As long as I clean it well daily, it stays looking very nice.
