I have not been able to use the Convection portion of my new range due to the fact there are no instructions on how to use. There was to be a cookbook attached but it was not with my installation information

This Cooktop Range is Very Cool!

This unit installed in minutes, has many modern features and a nice appearance in Stainless steel which matches other competitors styles and other GE appliances we own in this Kitchen. I am quite pleased with the digital controls for the burners which allow you to create different sized burners and save on electricity. It is very easy to operate and self intuitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This model definitely gets 5 stars for looks and functionality. I have not used it to bake yet so I can't comment on the of infection but the range in the upper controls are fantastic! You can't go wrong with this one.
