I bought this range about 3 months ago and have enjoyed every day I use it. I receive compliments from neighbors and friends about its attractiveness. It makes cooking fun.

Oven & broilder just stop working

I bought this range Jan. 2016, after 6 months oven & broiler quit working, had repair man come, he replaced board under control panel, worked a few weeks, back again. My oven seems to quit working for no apparent reason, the burners still work, but not oven & broiler. The last 2 times, buy time repair man came, it has started working again. I have no electric problems with anything else. Just beware, if you do purchase this oven it may not work when you decide to have a family dinner, mine didn't!

Some concerns

I do a lot of baking and cooking, (and have been baking for over 50 years) so I know what I'm doing when it comes to using an oven. I bought this in November, so it's got a lot of use with all the Holiday baking and roasting. I'm still trying to get the best results with my cookies, breads and baked goods. Many recipes call for 350 degrees, but food doesn't brown ... so I need to figure out best temperature for everything I bake. Also, with the convection oven, my items in back of oven get too brown if I want to get items in front done, so I need to turn my baking sheets around to get even baking. And still don't feel I get good results if I try to bake more that one sheet of cookies at the same time. This is my 2nd convection oven, so that's not new to me. I like the digital features, and not dealing with knobs.

Electric Convection Range

This is the worst range we've ever bought, it cooks at a lower temperature than It is preheated. We called a service man and he said part of the problem is the hidden element, but that it seemed to be working right. He told me I was holding it open too long when I put food in! Hahaha! I actually turn it up about 15 degrees now to make up for the problem, but if I were you I would not spend my hard earned money on this range.

Does a good job

Stove works well, like the burners and oven. Wish the stovetop would clean up faster or need less scrubbing. The SS finish is not smudge free and I wish I had made a better choice in that.

Cooks but unsightly top

I have experienced the same issue what seems to be rub marks on the burners. I immediately tried Ceramabrit cleaner and scrub pad issued with the stove. I also tried a blade scraper with no improvement. This glass top seems a little harder to clean. I have a 22year old GE glass stove that still looks brand new. In defense of this stove my adult children were using the stove and they are used to gas so they could have rubbed the surface with a frying pan. Improvement needs to be made to the glass top as you had really good ones in the past. This is my only complaint as the rest of the stove works great. I really love the knob less feature and the numbers so you can input the temperature. Every stove takes some time to get use to operating. I give this stove an A- .
