Control buttons not user friendly

We purchased this product about two months ago. Works good but the fan is loud and the control buttons are not user-friendly. Touch controls should be back lit and the most commonly used buttons like “start” or “light” should be separated from the rest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a replacement microwave. Because of its clean lines it fits right in with my other GE Profile appliances. I wish it had a rack like my previous one. The wattage is a bit higher. The vent fan is very loud but effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The exhaust fan feature is useless. So little volume of air, any pot steam comes forward and comes up the front of the door and steams it up. Controls are oddly placed and obscure. The 'start' button is small and hidden among all the other buttons. Something is very non-standard with defrost. It is way to powerful and just cooks things.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The quality is present as a GE brand and works well. It was difficult to install and is difficult to operate in the dark as no buttons are backlit.
