This unit replaced same model I purchased about 3 years ago. GE would not provide any technical support or information.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door is way too big

Installation was easy but the door is way to big, swings halfway into the kitchen, you have to stand way back when getting ready to put anything into the unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some areas could be improved

The interior of the microwave color is grey. And the light inside of the oven is not bright enough to see the food while it is cooking.
Also the different feature buttons could be high lighted or a different colors (frequent use buttons)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for the clean look and no handle.
It is a bit clumsy with it very long door. Seems to work fine

Great upgrade/replacement

We had a 8 year old Adora that pooped the bed, so we claimed on our home warranty and got this as a replacement. Great upgrade/replacement.
