So far, so good!

Haven’t had it very long or used too often yet. It’s definitely more quiet than my old one. Wish it had a melt/soften option since we like to melt butter for popcorn. Also, the popcorn setting doesn’t seem to be long enough. Overall, very pleased!

Broken vent door after 1.5 years

We just purchased a new how which had the kitchen update in 2018. All appliances were bought new, so the microwave can’t be 2 years old even. We have only used it a couple times and all the sudden the vent door opened and won’t shut. It seems the little plastic piece that holds it closed has broken off? For no reason at all, I just opened the microwave to use it and this happened. Pretty disappointed as now it won’t close unless I manually hold the flap shut and then close the door. Hoping this piece can be replaced...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic looking and functional

I have never looked at Microwaves in kitchens and given them much thought but our new microwave is a constant talking piece to those that visit our new kitchen. the sleek design really is eye catching and we constantly hear "I really like that microwave". Beyond that its highly functional and does all we can ask for in terms of a microwave.

This microwave is very solid and functional. We really like the high power level available. It boils water in a snap and popcorn comes out tasty and quick too.
