we like the way the product looks and it worked well for almost 3 years but broke this year. I got a good price on a new scratch n dent model so I bought it. I was able to get the other one fixed reasonably so I got it fixed as a backup in case the new one doesn't hold up for more than 3 years. I was told that the thermostat was the problem on the old one. I hope the new on lasts longer than 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quite but need planning for install

Had to install a 5/8" piece of plywood to wall before mounting microwave to allow door to swing open enough to use properly. The microwave now sits roughly an 1" farther out than the cabin faces but you can now open the door. The design would be a lot better if the pivoting hinge was moved in which would allow the door to open without needing external space. Other than that the microwave is quite, sleeker and stylish and I would recommend to my friends and family
