Great kitchen enhancement!!

Our previous microwave died and we wanted a feature rich product to enhance our kitchen space. The Profile oven to match was a great pairing. We love the chef connect feature that turns the fan and/or light on when you turn the stove top on. We also like all the express cook options. We also like not having a handle which keep the fingerprints down. And that’s one less thing needing a repair.

I purchased this microwave 2 years ago because of its reputation for quality, sleek look and availability. It worked great until it started tripping the circuit breaker and was not usable. We tried it on several outlets and had the same result every time. When I called the place of purchase they said there was a 1 year warranty and that I should have purchased the extended warranty. Why do I need an extended warranty if I'm buying a quality product?? So Frustrated...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is adequate. A little noisy, buttons require too much pressure. But it does what a microwave is supposed to do. The GE counter top microwave I bought 35+ years ago is still going strong. If this one last half of that I will be happy and pleasantly surprised.

The Microwave is beautiful & easy to use. It replaced my old GE Profile Microwave & I liked the controls on my old one better. I'm getting use to the new one & it's fine... ex: To cook vegetables on the new microwave you touch the steam button, then scroll through a limited number of vegetables & finally select the number of cups, limit 2... the old one I had a Vegetable button, then selected Fresh, Frozen, or canned. Much easier New one has bluetooth capabilities. Nice!

Terrific Microwave!

I really love the roominess of this microwave but I did have to learn where to place a cup or dish so that it would be ideally positioned to remove when the heating finished. The downside of a large oven!
