Over sized and noisy

I am not happy with this product. The vent fan is extremely unnecessarily noisy and this is not a result of it being so powerful. There is banging and clanging and sounds like a bad lawn mower engine. I had it checked out and that's just the way it is built. This product was chosen for me in a new construction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
