I have used GE Profile products for over a decade. This one is a replacement for another GE Profile microwave that went bad after 8 years of operation. Still hoping the one that needed replacement within the decade, is an aberration. Ordered this one to replace and installed it myself and I am not a professional. Certainly needs 2 people to install.

Works great. Can’t program the light to turn on and off at certain times, which my last one had. I can’t see the buttons as well but my husband has no problems with them

THIS IS THE MOST POWERFUL MICROWAVE IVE HAD, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REPLACED OUT FOR A FORMER GE MICROWAVE. MUST BE COMMERCIAL GRADE. MATCHES WITH THE NEW RANGE.

Good, Had a problem with the water dispenser in the refrigerator, found out the original filter was defective. Contacted customer service Dept the sent me a new filter. Good customer service TKs
