Died after 3 weeks of use

I loved this microwave when it was working. Unfortunately, it only lasted 3 weeks. The dealer told me to call GE. I got a message saying there are "extremely long waits" to talk to a human being at GE. I was able to schedule a service visit for 6 days out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We installed it shortly after delivery and it just looks gorgeous. So far it works great (1 day in) i just wish the buttons had a light at night instead of having to turn a light on to figure out what button to push. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 right now
