Not well made. Replacement parts too expensive. Worked well until it died at about two years old. Magnetron issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our new GE microwave oven. Great features and easy to operate. Cooking and heating functions are excellent. We will definitely purchase GE appliances again.

Fantastic Microwave

Really like this microwave. It replaced a bottom of the line GE microwave installed by our builder 4 years ago which was ruining the cabinets above because steam kept getting on them even on the highest fan vent setting. This one is perfect. It removes the steam before it hits the cabinets, the inside looks larger, cleans more easy and looks very sleek. G

Very nice looking microwave

The microwave looks great and seems to be a quality product. We’re not used to owning a microwave but it works well to heat and clear the byproducts of cooking on stove underneath. One minor item was the small scratch near the top that was likely during manufacturing or shipping that was only apparent after the blue plastic was pulled away.
