Great power and pre sets

Unit has changed

This was a replacement for a 2 year old one that caught on fire. The new model is much more tinnier than the same model from 2 years ago. The clock is now white instead of blue, and is very stark. Unit doesn’t seem to be even close to the same quality as the old unit. Would like to be contacted by GE.

Nice design and features

So far I am very pleased with the microwave. The design is clean and I like having the controls along the bottom. It would be great if they lit up when using it. The sensor cook function is nice and I like the express cook buttons.

Solid and good looking microwave

Microwave looks great installed above matching GE range. We love the lack of protruding handle, and the door feels more solid than other brands that had the full swinging door. Controls are very easy and Chef Connect is great to have the light and/of fan automatically turn on when the range os turned on.

Terrible design

small plastic parts broken quickly on vent door and on control panel. moisture gets into control panel, happened twice cooking pasta, finally shorted controls 13 months. No backlight behind buttons so you have to have a light on to see them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
