I’ve only had my microwave for about 2 months. So far so good. I like the size of it and it is really powerful. I like the controls along the bottom and the recessed way to open the door and not a grab bar handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The buttons are way to hard to push. This will bug you forever!
The start button and the time set button are not next to each other. (very odd)
The timer and cook time do not display at the same time and when trying to toggle between them it is easy to reset the timer.
Cannot program back to back cook times at different power levels.

The sensor cook works great and it seems to heat evenly. I love the bigger 30 second button. What might have been helpful is a little sign attached to the interior of the bottom ledge when you open the door that reminds you of the different setting for different things.

Cooks excellent. the controls on the door cause one to feel the door push in, it takes getting use to the amount of pressure to use. It would be GREAT for the controls on the door to be "backlit" to allow for ease of identification
The exhaust fan has excellent power and the multiple speeds are a real plus

Lots of space for large rectangular baking dishes. Biggest microwave we have ever had. Front is easy to clean and use. Love the modern look. Great new technology features.

The microwave is really nice, large, clean, and well looking. When in use, there is very little noise from the MW action. One drawback is the fact that the touch pad controls are not back lit. After dark, it is very difficult to locate the proper control because of the black background of the control panel. Backlighting would get the unit a "5". Additionally, the internal lighting should be intensified so as to be easier to view the contents.
