Terrible exhaust

While I feel this is an above average microwave as far as convenient cooking features, I have had continual problems with the exhaust fan, and cheap plastic parts. Even with proper ducting and frequent filter cleaning/replacement, the microwave leaked grease from its seams. The plastic filter access door and surrounding trim are of poor quality a had to be replaced twice. When grease dripping inside began causing my breaker to trip, I was happy to get rid of the unit. I can not recommend this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think my favorite feature is the fan. Low, high and boost! Really sucks the air out. I do wish the buttons had display lighting, it’s hard to see buttons

Purchase cautiously

Product itself looks good and has lots of features. It also works great, when it works but we ate on our third one in as many years. The second lasted only 6 months and the current one, a warranty replacement, is already making Strang noises. I don't expect this one to last much longer so I'll let the warranty replace it again. Our first GE Profile lasted over 10 years. Disappointed.

Strange controls and loud fan

To be honest, it works great and looks great, too, but it seems like the person who designed the controls never used a microwave before. The 'Express Cook' feature works in MINUTES, not seconds. Really? I don't need 30 minutes; I need 30 seconds. Odd feature which takes up a lot of control space and I don't ever anticipate using. Also, the fan setting are WAY to high. The Low setting is so loud that you can't hear the TV over it and it just gets louder from there! Not very usable, tbh.

Perfect pizza

This thing is amazing! Reheat feature is fabulous! No more soggy reheated pizza. Popcorn gets all popped never burned. Defrosts without cooking the food. It’s like magic!

Great microwave

I have had the microwave for a few months. Nice design. I like the control panel. Can’t see fingerprints as you would with a black background. Would highly recommend this product.
