Fantastic Microwave. Great looks and functionality

We needed to replace an older 2008ish Whirlpool Gold microwave oven and decided on replacing all the appliances with the GE Profile lineup. We elected to get this model that does not have the external handle and it does take a few moments to get out of the habit of reaching for a handle but we love the cleaner lines of the non handle version. The microwave has a neat feature where your food item is sort of "spotlighted" as its heating up and this is due to the centrally located internal light. A minor thing but has a great effect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely the worst

Immediately after the warranty expires this mic’s switches go, repeatedly trips the breaker then finally doesn’t work all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved It Until For 2 1/2 Years

My favorite microwave that we have ever had, except it only lasted for 2 1/2 years. I should have read the reviews. Several people that owned this microwave had the same problems. It would blow the breaker and then go black. Paid a lot of money for something that only lasted for 2 1/2 years. Shame on you GE.

Easy to install. This is an upgrade from my previous model. The larger glass makes the microwave seem much larger that the previous model and seems to be a little quieter. Very happy with the purchase!

The vent is very powerful and help to keep kitchen clean. The beep sound after cooking completion is nice and sober. The look of the oven is smart. I like it
