Overall, this microwave has worked well for me. I don't use all the features (guess who didn't read the whole manual) but the buttons to quickly add 1 to 5 minutes or 30 seconds are very convenient. I brought my rating down by 1 star because in the first 6 months or so of owning it a piece of cheap plastic broke off that caused the filter door to fall down. I fixed it with scotch tape and that's how I've used it for over 4 years. Normal usage by 1 adult should not have caused that to break.
I would recommend this to a friend!
