Microwave looks slick but functionality is weak. Buttons aren't soft touch- have to press hard down quite hard; adding a few extra seconds is difficult since there is no turn wheel; the plastic built has a flimsy feel to the unit overall
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the design of this microwave. It is spacious inside and has some interesting features (like steaming). I would have like a "favorites" option but otherwise I like this model.

This GE profile microwave has more heating space and has an elegant look. I love the keypad at the bottom of the microwave. I purchased the microwave with a matching cooktop.
