DON'T BUY - Major Issues

We've been loyal customers since 1998 but we are very disappointed with the quality of this product. Paid for an electrician since the circuit breaker kept tripping after connecting the microwave only to realize that the issue was the microwave itself. You expect much better at this price range and brand. It is unacceptable to have this problem after only 3 of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased same Profile model as a replacement, beware that the mounting is different and the install will be as a new install.

Had to get a new one.

Original unit went bad. Parts to "possible" fix it cost almost as much as the new one. Decided to get the same make and model number (because of the coordination feature with the stove which was bought as a package deal) so that I could just swap the units out. WRONG!! Slight changes were made like changing the back brace, and moving the top holes making reinstallation a PAIN!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
