Had problems with two,

I like the look and functionality of this microwave but I had problems with two. The first one I purchased had a problem with the fan speed..it was stuck on boost. It was replaced with another yesterday but this one had the incorrect size turntable. Yep, that’s right. The factory packed a turntable for another model in the box. The factory rep is supposed to be sending me the correct one. Hopefully it will arrive soon. What a pain. Beyond that, I love the look and functionality of this microwave. I bought it specifically for the chef connect function. Can’t wait to get it set up so I can use all of the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic Features but Does the Job

I love the look of this appliance. Features could be improved. The touch pad buttons are difficult to push unless you push in a particular area of the button - so, not user friendly. I also would have loved for the microwave to have been fingerprint resistant, as the panel has to be wiped down after each use. I would recommend this appliance with those caveats.
