Great features is much new without the handle,

We like the General Electric appliance like oven, dishwasher. washer and dryer that are the good quality.

When I close the door the fan will not shut off

Our over-the-range microwaves come with a safety feature that allows the fan to turn on automatically and for a period of time beyond a cooking setting to protect itself from extreme temperatures. The automatic fan feature protects the microwave from
too much heat rising from the cooktop below it and automatically turns on the fan at low speed if it senses too much heat. The fan will automatically turn off when the internal parts are cool, and it could run for 30 minutes or more after the cooktop and microwave controls are turned off. Looks good but buttons are hard

Looks are good. It is elegant.
The touch buttons are very hard to press.

Replacement Model

We thought we had purchased the same model we were replacing that was only 2 years old. Very different specs. This one was much smaller, different mounting system and we had to reconfigure how to install between our cabinets plus the installation instructions were wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No handles! lol

Old microwave handle broke off after about 10 years but kept it going for 10+ more years. Love the GE brand and this microwave is is top notch. nice and smooth front look
