Looks great and is easy to use

Bought this to match the rest. Liked the no handle look of it. Works just fine. The light is a little dim but nice that it turns on when the burner is lit on the stove! Doesn’t have a delay start which I miss from my last microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointment

We have had this product for less than 3 years. The door has creaked since the beginning, the vent was not installed correctly, then 6 days ago the system kept tripping our breaker. The microwave is on its own breaker. The microwave tripped multiple times over 3 days or so, then it just stopped. The microwave didn't trip the breaker this final time it just died! Now we have to research getting another microwave. The technology should be better, not worse. This should not have happened. My last microwave lasted me over 10 years, even with three kids. Ridiculous, technology of today, the value was not worth the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken after 3 years

Loved it until it broke. About a month ago, the microwave started tripping the breaker every time we pressed start. My husband researched repairing it, but the cost to repair is nearly the same as replacement. My husband even bought a 3ft 10 gauge heavy duty extension cord to try a different outlet and it tripped that breaker too. The issue is definitely the microwave and not our electrical wiring. We have all slate colored GE appliances and would need to replace with another GE slate microwave to match, but unfortunately, our trust has been destroyed and we are left wondering if we should take a chance at another disappointment or buy a mismatched microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door is too dark

Buttons take multiple touches or hard push. Doesn't seem as powerful, but really nice features. Door is too dark to see food inside very easily
