This beautiful microwave is worth a few extra bucks. It defrosts like a dream, no cooked edges. Fast, easy to use.

Quit heating after 16 months.

Not happy with it. Bought a new house with GE appliances. Had to replace dishwasher after it broke twice. Now the microwave quit heating after 16 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The front dark glass door is an inconvenience

I just bought it and need to get familiar with it. The glass dark color is an obstacle for me to see through inside due to my visual problem, Co., should think in using different "see through it" as in the past I had your product for 20 years, a soft transparency door and it was remarkable!
