If I had known that GE does not have any service in my area I would never have bought this product. I feel cheated.

We thorough enjoy the appearance and functionality of this over the range microwave. It is sleek with the control at the bottom on the door and the door the full width of the microwave. A true custom feel.

Very nice but expected more for the price I paid. The layout of the key pad is hard to get used to. Would like to see some color on the key pad to make keys easier to see and find. I time cook a lot on lower power levels to keep from over heating things and making them chewy or tough. Keypad not laid out well for
that. Seems to heat evenly so far. I do like the ability to hit one number and reheat something on high power.
