2 fan microwave

Had a microwave with the vent fan that was the only fan meaning it ran whenever the microwave was turned on. This microwave has 2 fans much quieter, works great

Nice look, needs improvement

The “buttons” require a lot more pressure than you’d think. Especially considering that my pant-leg selects buttons on the Profile Dishwasher which is pretty annoying too.
The surface light warms the interior of the microwave! I mean darn hot and this is without using the cook surface below.
It doesn’t appear to really vent out the top as it steams up the front door with or without the fan-plus the fans are LOUD.
Occasionally the fan will NOT shut off despite cycling through the speeds and the cook surface being cool. It requires me to use a stool to climb above the cabinet to unplug it.
It doesn’t help that the installer didn’t level the unit, causing the door to knock me in the head if it doesn’t latch properly.
Steam settings overcook everything , as does potato.
Overall I’m disappointed.

Second One Works GREAT!

The original microwave was installed in a newly-built home and it stopped working. After only six months, it stopped heating. The appliance supplier intervened and a new microwave was installed. It works GREAT but I'm concerned about reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does everything flawlessly and has a very sleek design.. My favorite part is that there is no handle to break. Every microwave we have owned has had the handle break except this one. I love the sleek clean design.
