Works ok but not intuitive to use

I bought a GE Profile stove and microwave being told they could talk to each other through Bluetooth. Turns out this microwave can do that but the stove is wi-fi with no Bluetooth. OK, so not a real deal breaker but something that makes no sense as they are both brand new and both GE Profile. Why 2 different systems? What really makes me not happy with this is the door that when it is mounted over the stove at 5'4" tall I cannot see inside the microwave due to how dark and how small the viewing window is. I also do not like the feel of the buttons or having to press an extra button to tell it I want to set the time instead of the quick choice of pushing a 1 and it immediately starts at 1 minute. I almost never cook in even minute intervals. The door handle built in on the right side does not feel natural. To each their own but since I was told "I bought it, I own it" I guess I am stuck with it. Deep down I suspect in a couple years I will buy another one not GE. I had a GE (came with the house) prior and it was decent but not great but friends like theirs so I thought the new one would be better. My other brand in my old house was much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had this GE Profile microwave for a week but I love the space it provides and the ease of use. This is the 3rd GE Profile I've had and would highly recommend it to anyone. My last only had a 1.5 cu area but this one has 2.0 cu and makes it easier to take things in and out and heat more things at one time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave works great. Controls are easy. Like the basic instruction sticker on the inside of the door. Handle to open doesn’t show smudges.

GE Is the Best

This is a replacement for an earlier identical microwave over 6 yrs old without a problem. Decided to purchase a newer model as the primary. This fits mounted under the cabinets perfectly. It is so modern looking with controls along the bottom. I have all GE appliances & will not consider any other brand because of performance without problems & ease of use.

Great Microwave

Took forever to receive, 4+ months, but worth the wait. We have and have had many GE Profile Products, have always been happy with the quality for the price, including this new microwave, which replaced a 16+ year old GE Profile unit.
