The microwave oven has a lot of features I normally wouldn't use. I don't find it easy to use; nor do I understand how to use the features. It did not come with a manual; and getting it from the internet it doesn't quite explain how to use it.

Looks stylish and works great. I regret that I don’t have a Profile range to sync the chef function, but nonetheless, it’s looks and works great.

The first one we installed died after 6 month due to the magnetron. That was fixed and then it died about 6 months after that. Since the microwave was no longer under warrantly, we decided it was more cost-effective to replace it. Against our better judgement, we bought the exact same model because my husband wanted it to be an easy swap out. Unfortunately, they changed this model just enough that he had to unscrew the backing and drill new holes. Right out of the box: the bottom of the microwave was not flat; the bottom is bent; when you close the door, the vent and light come on for no reason, so you have to open/close it to turn it off; you have to press the express cook button several times for it to start; the parts feel cheaper than the first model, the bottom interior is not a flat surface, so it's not as easy to insert the plate. I wish we had learned our lesson and gotten a completely different model but the purchasing process was painful and I didn't want to deal with the return. Two thumbs down on this model. I could have purchased a similar model for a fraction of the cost.
