Beautiful microwave

This microwave is a beautiful appliance, yes they can be beautiful lol Just the sharp look of it, an all the futures. You will love this ! I would have loved the black to go with my profile range....but color was 250 more...nope I love what I have !! We are a GE family, all appliances are GE !!

I do not like this microwave, it cooks uneven, the buttons are very hard to push and the fan is very Loud.

The best microwave

Moved and I wanted to have the exact same microwave as I had. This is number 2 and I absolutely love it! Large box inside to cook or heat up food. I only buy GE Profile products. Very pleased with my purchase.

The whole reason for me selecting this product was due to what I viewed in the store and the easy filter change and the sleek look of the Over Rang Microwave.
I gave this product 2 stars due to what I picked because of the store model vs. what I received.
The product is not the same as shown in the appliance store showroom. It looks the same, but it's not the same. The GE Over Range Microwave, shown in the store, has a feature where you can push the top it opens, and the door drops down to allow the customer to change the charcoal filter.
Why would GE change this feature? In this day and age, no one should have to get on a step ladder to remove screws from the top of the grille to be able to change out the filter. That's moving backyards in technology, not forward.
Even when you view the model online, it shows where the customer pushes the door where the charcoal filter; is located, and you change the charcoal filter, but the manual reference/show removing two screws.

Loud and not easy to fix

Its loud.
Bus fuse needs to be changed by removing microwave , purposely design like that for maintenace dollars.
