Only had it a couple months, works well so far. I find with the touch pad I need to push harder to select options...can't see inside well, while cooking, and is louder than my last GE Profile OTR Microwave, those are things I dont like. I do enjoy the sleeker look and no handle.I expect good performance from it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installers were just great. Cleaned up after installation. Product looks great. First Microwave lasted 11yrs with no problems.

Great microwave. We love that there is no separate handle to break. Plenty of heating options, good size. We’ll see if the electronic elements last over time since they are located on the door.

Microwave heats evenly. We’ve only had it for a few weeks but haven’t had anything to complain about. Would be nice if some of the network features were available.
