This is a very nice microwave. I do have an issue with the reheat feature. When I reheat a plate, it always ends up with a sensor error and I can't figure out why. Also, it really needs a "soften" feature on it.

The exhaust fan lets in cold air. Other than that we are pleased with the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey there, We appreciate you for taking the time to provide feedback on your new microwave. The unit has the ability to be recirculating or externally vented. For the recirculating ventilation, the unit will pull the air from the cooktop and vent upward from the top front of the unit. This air may be cooler as it is cooled down through the process. If the unit is externally vented and you are experiencing an issue with exterior cold air entering the home, this may be an installation issue. We would recommend verifying the unit is fully sealed within that ventilation. We hope this helps. We appreciate you taking time to connect with us. Have a good day! -Brittany@GEAppliances

So far, it has been nice. I like having the buttons on the bottom as opposed to the side- makes it easier to reach.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased a GE Profile microwave in March of 2021, and it has begun to off gas a horrible smell when we use it. Is this what consumers can expect from GE Products?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great & Wonderful Microwave
on January 15, 2024

After several weeks I have become more impressed with this Over the Range microwave oven. Simple things like no door latch to release, the right side has an indent for your fingers, just pull and its open. The same when you close the door, a gentle push and the door classes and latches. The first six numbers on the panel are for instant on, touch the number and 1 through 6 instantly begins to run.
