Don’t buy this!

Bought this oven three years ago and had it professionally installed. The interior oven light went out. The oven has to be removed to change the bulb!! Idiotic engineering!!
Plus, the installer stripped the two machine screws. Got one out but the other is spinning in place, so the nut on the microwave is just floating. Impossible.

Exceptional so far. I have purchased several Whirlpool products and continue to come back to GE. This microwave is the 4th replacement and is the first GE microwave that I have purchased. I have slowly changed all my kitchen appliances to GE products for their value and sustainability and trust that this microwave will be no different. Its sleek modern design and generous oven space makes it the perfect product for ALL types of usage.

We were looking for a GE Profile Microwave, since all the appliances in the kitchen are the same brand. We are extremely satisfied with the microwave. Highly recommend.

Once up looks good and works well

The product so far works good. The only thing I would have issues with is when you put it up and screw the screws in the top flexes and leaves a little gap between the product and the bottom of the cupboard . Had to purchase a roll of glue on edgeing the same color of the cupboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good redesign except installation template.

Microwave redesign from the 2013 model is very good, except for the installation template. Why do we have to drill new holes in the cabinet for the anchoring bolts? This just makes the cabinet floor weaker.

The look is very sharp, it has so much room inside and I love that the handle is on the side of the door. I definitely recommend this microwave to anyone and everyone! I absolutely love it!
