Beware, the PVM9005SJSS is now the series 8. It is made shorter and cheaper that the one I had before. The door is not as solid either. My last one seemed way more durable. The store I bought from actually had a door like my last one which was a series 3.
I have always bought GE products. My kitchen has all GE as does my laundry room. It seems like they are beginning to make things that are not as durable as before.

Very happy with this microwave, love the style with the opening on side so as not to have a handle. Looks very neat as does the stove we previously purchased. Love GE Profile products.
