Sleek looking, loud running

I replaced an older Cafe with this model. It is much louder than the older model.

Requires too much pressure

The touch sensitive controls on the control panel require an unusual amount of pressure. Often needing several efforts of increasing pressure to activate the control. Everything else is fine.

We are more than happy to provide guidance with your new microwave. It is not abnormal to have to apply a bit more pressure than normal to your control panel when the appliance is new. The buttons will loosen up and be easier to engage with more use.

Wonderful microwave. Very aesthetically pleasing. Works well to heat as it should. The chef connect feature is very convenient.

Better Updates - Not So Sure

Though this item replaced my previous one of the exact model number, specs, etc ( previous had been damaged on exterior and created an “eye sore” for my open concept home) I was happier w/ previous one.
This product is much louder when running and surface lite is not as bright. Also, the exterior “handle” area seems to have a separate metal piece which is not cosmetically appealing and the interior space (bottom area) is much more difficult to clean w/ it’s molded surface.

It’s fantastic it has every we wanted plus a whole lot more . Such as you don’t have worry about turning the fan on too cool it down even when you use the oven it senses the from ether from oven or the microwave and turns the fan automatically.
