Now Our GE Kitchen is Almost Complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a microwave after our previous one didn't work after four years. We have a GE range and love it. Made total sense to get a GE over the range microwave. We love the capacity and the control options. Installation was handled by a professional. It has a range of power. Ventilation isn't a problem as we vent out the house. Very happy.

Unit stopped heating after 16 months. Previous GE Profile microwave lasted 20 years. Look somewhere else for better quality.

What a waste of money. GE has gone down the toilet. Bought this to replace another GE microwave and nothing but problems. Now it trips the breaker at any attempt to use. UNSAFE!!!

It’s extremely loud when the magnetron engages. Would have been nice if GE would have used the same mounting brackets, my 3rd GE microwave and all 3 used different brackets.

Overall look fits well in my kitchen. Very satisfied with installed Features This model has even less viewing area for contents while microwave is in operation. One concern about the door handle area. The edge (outer corner) is sharp enough to cut; it would definitely lacerate a forehead if forceful contact is made while the door is open.

Disappointed in product

Microwave is not even 3 months old and already having problems. One of the light bulbs quit working which I can replace. Now something keeps tripping the time off. I’ve reset it 5 times today. When we installed it we could never get it level either. It’s tilted. No matter what we did we could not fix it. This product cost too much to not have good service from it. I think I got a lemon!
