I loved it while it lasted, that is why I gave it 2 stars. I bought the microwave as part of a set in the color slate when we built the house, it is built in over the stove and recently it started tripping a breaker and now it will not work. I looked for the same model to replace it and they no longer make it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your microwave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. New generic microwave

This is the 'generic' microwave. Same setup as the defunct Sears brand Kenmore. So much is identical, just the door is different. Door is a bit too loose on hinges. Since it is the generic design it is expected to last about 10 years.
