Good but not the same as the older version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our microwave with the same model we previously had. This newer versions door has a very small viewing area which doesn't allow you to see inside as items are being cooked or reheated. This newer version also makes a lot of noise compared to our older microwave. All other functions are the same just disappointed with not being able to see the food items inside and how loud it is. Hope this one lasts.

Just what I needed in a venting microwave

Normal capacity venting microwave that I am glad to have off the counter! Control buttons are self explanatory and very easy to use. Looks very nice in my renovated kitchen and is the perfect match to my new range!

The controls are a bit harder to push than what we’re used to but we’re getting used to them and we’ve learned a few short cuts. Some of the features don’t have as many options but sometimes that’s a good thing.

Great Microwave

Works great, with one exception .... The "Over the Range Light" is much too dim. It barely illuminates the surface of the GE Profile Range we purchased , under it. I'm surprised that GE hasn't noticed this.

Door too big and heavy

The door on this profile microwave is much wider and heavier than my last profile microwave, making it hard for me to use. I have to duck to not have the door hit me in the head

Sleek and Sweet Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was immediately drawn to this GE Profile microwave due to its design then looking into its features and on line reviews it was a no brainer for me to replace my 17 year old GE unit. That was still functioning perfectly and went to another home. Replaced due to kitchen remodel and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Perfect in our kitchen!
